Andrea Evans, LCSW
Regional Manager – Regions 16 & 17
Andrea has been a part of the RainTree team since June of 2018. Her career in social work began in 1999 after receiving a Master in Social Work degree from Indiana University. Following two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, she obtained her LCSW. She has worked in a variety of settings since starting her journey in social work. Andrea has provided therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families and spent time working with grieving families in a Hospice setting. Prior to coming to Raintree Consulting, she was an instructor of social sciences at Vincennes University.
Becky Southwick, MS
Regional Manager – Regions 8 & 9
Becky began her work with RainTree Consulting in 2013 providing home-based therapy and other services to families in Terre Haute and surrounding counties. Becky currently serves as the Region 8 supervisor for Raintree Consulting. Beginning in 2020, Becky has been overseeing services in the Region 9 area of Indiana.
Becky graduated Indiana State University with her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology in 1993 She received her Master’s Degree in Criminology (Corrections) in 1995, from Indiana State University Becky has worked approximately 18 years in the field as a case manager, Program Manager, Therapist, and Supervisor.
Becky began her career as a therapist in an Intensive Sexual Intervention System. Her career continued as a case manager working with families involved with Dept of Child Services. She has history working with high-risk children and families in the community. Becky has also worked as a Residential treatment Supervisor for a substance abuse treatment program for adult males.
Ashton Burton, LSW
Office Supervisor – Vanderburgh, Posey, Warrick, Spencer
Ashton started working for RainTree as a parent aid in December of 2016. She worked her way up as a home-based case worker, became a licensed therapist, and eventually accepted the Evansville office supervisor position in November 2021. She graduated with Bachelor Degrees in both Social Work and Spanish Studies in 2019, followed by her Master of Social Work in 2020 from the University of Southern Indiana. She clinically trained at the Evansville Psychiatric Children’s Center and completed a one-year internship through the Department of Child Services.
Her clinical focus has been in helping at risk families and working with children with various trauma backgrounds and emotional disturbances. She has worked with families, couples, and children to promote healthier and happier functioning. Her primary goals at RainTree are to facilitate ethically sound and supportive spaces to promote growth and change for families as they navigate the welfare system.
Jaclyn Coomer, LBSW
Office Supervisor- Gibson and Pike Counties
Jaclyn started working for RainTree as a Home Based Case Manager in 2015. She then became the Gibson County Office Supervisor in 2016. She attended college at the University of Southern Indiana and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Social Work in 2003. Jaclyn has worked as a social worker in Gibson county for seventeen years, working for local agencies serving children and families.
Laura Greulich, BS
Office Supervisor – Dubois, Martin and Orange Counties
Laura Greulich has been a part of the RainTree family since the summer of 2018 and became the Office Supervisor in October of 2019 after successfully obtaining 5 years of experience in the social work field. She graduated with a B.S in Psychology from the University of Southern Indiana in 2012. After college, she joined the staff of a local mental health facility as an outpatient case manager. Both experiences include providing individuals, adults and children, with case management services to aid with housing, employment, managing their mental illness, social skills, medication management, coping skills, anger management, parenting skills, and maintaining sobriety to name a few.
